. Background: Tim has been a Realtor since 1991 where he began his career with Folk-Jordan. In 1994 he came to Crye-Leike and it seems he's found a home as he is still there. Tim has been ranked with the top 20% of Realtors in America and continually stays in the top 10% of approximately 2600 agents company wide. As well as being among the Top 5 agents in the Hendersonville office.
Tim began pursuing Auctions in 1999 and since then has become a “Master Auctioneer” and is the Number One Auctioneer in the Crye-Leike organization as well as the Principal Auctioneer for the company. He has served his local association of Realtors as Chairman of the Member Services Committee, served on the Professional Ethics, Public Relations committees, and Chairman of the Governmental Affairs committee.
